Led research and testing initiatives that advanced the company’s BETA series of high-performance automotive adhesives. Collaborated directly with major OEMs, including GM, Tesla, Honda, and Ford, to ensure solutions met rigorous customer specifications, bridging R&D innovation with real-world applications.Conducted a wide range of mechanical tests, including quasi-static, fatigue, high-rate, DCB joint, WIP, and fatigue tests—while developing best practices for sample preparation, fixture design, and data collection. Utilized Excel and statistical modeling to analyze results and presented findings to global DuPont teams in Germany and China.Gained extensive hands-on design and fabrication experience: reverse-engineered parts in SolidWorks, created custom fixtures that improved testing efficiency, leveraged CNC machining and 3D printing to rapidly prototype fixtures and full-scale part assemblies. These contributions streamlined sample preparation, reduced data variability, and supported faster product development cycles.
