Responsible for managing the entire requisition to order cycle for all MSR’s belonging to electrical, mechanical, instrumentation, chemicals, safety (HSE) & asset integrity departments. Evaluate Technical Bids/Proposals received from vendors. Evaluate Commercial Bids/Proposals by their BOQ (Bill Of Quantity) to conduct reasonable negotiations. Identify as well as rectify discrepancies with respect to “Technical Specifications” and “Scope Of Work” designed by our technical team before forwarding the final techno-commercial proposal for their final approval. Follow up with vendors for submission of their techno-commercial offers as well as expediting their submission. Assess and rectify any PEM (Performance Evaluation Matrix) prepared for any “Purchase Requisition” comprising techno-commercial comparison of all offers received from all the pool of bidders/vendors.
