About Gaurav Garg
With over 20 years of global supply chain management experience, I am leading the digital transformation initiative to help transform and scale LAM\'s NPI processes by leveraging data science and the latest design and manufacturing technologies. I specialize in Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), New Product Introduction (NPI), Change and Configuration Management, Data driven insights and Six Sigma based Process Improvement. I have successfully implemented robust and scalable enterprise solutions that enable strategic product lifecycle management and process enhancement in unstructured (startup like) hardware development environments at various industry leaders. I have worked in diverse manufacturing domains, such as Drones, Robotics, Consumer Electronics, Automotive, Medical and Defense. My functional expertise includes PLM Tools (Windchill, Agile, Enovia and Teamcenter), MES Implementation and Data Science initiatives and SAP ERP Implementation. I am a Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), Six Sigma Green Belt holder and have recently completed my Master\'s in Data Science (Artificial Intelligence) from Northwestern University.
