Handling market claims on back of equities after Dividend processing for in-house Bank of America. • Validation of claims for entitlement on back of dividends following entitlement rule using key dates. • Dealing with Clients, agents and sub-custodians to close the claims by transferring dividend to entitled clients. • Clearing breaks that generate after closure of claims with clients. • Dealing with settlements, processing, Traders Desk and PnL team in complex scenarios. • Working with MT202, MT566 and MT599 SWIFT messages for Wire transfer of dividend funds between BOFA and clients as per claims, confirmation on receiving compensation from counterparty or agent side and free format message for providing instructions to agents and clients. • Provide training to juniors and new joiners. • Handle SOPs, daily checklists, trackers, weekly and client monies reports apart from daily BAUs. • Generation of process improvement ideas to increase efficiency and accuracy in daily activities and BAUs.
