Known for enabling businesses to grow swiftly and in the correct direction due to hands-on experience in multiple functions Tasked with lead roles even on engagements that are outside the core area of expertise due to prior successes and qualities of drive and assertiveness In an experience of more than 2 decades in multinational environments in industries such as FMCG and consumer goods, I have propelled growth, transformed financial and business operations, built high-performing teams, increased organizational capabilities and met business objectives. Highlights: Senior management at Pernod Ricard India selected me to manage and transform the SCM function. Prior to that, as Finance Controller, I maintained zero bad debts for AR of INR crore by introducing strong credit policies and credit limits for all business units. With Watanmal Group, as CFO for operations across 24 countries in Africa, I improved and re-engineered several commercial processes, which increased stock availability and reduced lead time. At Whirlpool, I transformed business and commercial operations, optimised debt control and improved liquidity. At HUL, I achieved negative working capital by reducing inventory and increasing stock availability to 95%.
