Ensure network availability, reliability, and scalability to meet organizational requirements. • Team Leadership and Management: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of network professionals, including network engineers and administrators. Allocate resources, manage team workload, and foster professional development. Conduct performance reviews and provide ongoing feedback and support.• Security and Compliance: Develop and enforce network security policies and procedures to protect the organization\'s data and infrastructure. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards. Respond to security breaches and vulnerabilities, coordinating with relevant teams to resolve issues. • Budget and Resource Management: Develop and manage the network infrastructure budget, including capital expenditures and operational costs. Evaluate and recommend network solutions, vendors, and technology upgrades to ensure cost-effectiveness and performance.• Project Management: Lead and manage network-related projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project scope and goals. Coordinate with other departments and stakeholders to ensure alignment with organizational objective• Continuous Improvement: Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices. Identify opportunities for network optimization and innovation
