Setting Projections for financial year (i.e. CAPEX & OPEX).• Handling design verification, Installation Qualification (IQ), Operational Qualification (OQ).• Project Management and importance of time lines (On Time, In Budgeted Cost with Quality). • Conduct Internal checks and self-inspection and CAPA implementation.• Overall responsibility to lead computerized system validation (CSV) and any Automation up gradation work with the help of OEM and Site Team.• Lead KAIZEN Implementation and Engineering KPI Plant Maintenance.Maintenance Breakdown analysis - FMEA, RCA, CAPA and supporting for MTTR & MTBF (OEE improvement ). Spare parts planning and inventory control. Spares & Vendor Development through SAP System.Sterile facility Green Filed Project, Integrated Building Management System (which includes EMS, BMS,CCTV,FAS, PAS, DIS, ACS). Overall responsibility to lead computerized system validation with the help of OEM including protocol preparation, review and execution as per cGMP, CSVMP & 21CFR Part11. The position involved both economic and technical responsibility from tender stage to delivery stage of project. • Installation and commissioning of Ampoule And Ophthalmic Filling Machine,DDE Vessel for Manufacturing, Filtration and Holding Vessel’s.• Execute FAT, SAT and validation procedures of process machinery’s and qualification with SCADA System.• Completed Project - April 2018• Project Cost - 8650 Million (Injectable 6290 Million and OSD 2360 Million)• Installed Capacity -500 Million Tablet/Capsule and 100 Million (Vial/Ampoule/Ophthalmic) per Year.
