1) Responsible for the end to end smooth operations of the store. Maintain store performance metrics with prescribed targets & thresholds2) Manage overall store operations including inbound-outbound, unloading & inwarding, timely PO closures, Last mile, accurate picking, minimal wastage, manpower planning, rostering and training3) Ensure regular inventory audits & preventive maintenance of all store assets and manage escalations 4) Completes store operational requirements by scheduling, engaging and assigning employees and following up onwork results5) Ensure adherence to all SOPs & Guidelines in the stores and maintain systems to control pilferage/theft/fraud and ensure adherence to the same6) Drive store profitability goals by ensuring store opex is in line with the prescribed budgets and initiating corrective actions in case of variations 7) Standardize the processes to delivery strong customer experience and work cross functionally with peers and seniors who will empower us to do best work8) Maintain health, safety, hygiene and security as per the company standard9) Monitor inventory levels and order stock as per sales and customer requirements10) Investigate and resolved customer complaints as soon as possible and in a professional manner.
