Currently working with Nava Raipur Atal Nagar Vikas Pradhikaran, Government of Chhattisgarh for the upcoming Town Development Schemes through Landpooling process. As a team we assist the authority in disposal of developed land through bid process management and bring investment for the greenfield city in various sectors.We are involved in advising the State Government in drafting policies related to urban development across Chhattisgarh. Mainly policies like Transit Oriented Development, conceptualising Chhattisgarh State Capital Region Development Authority, Metro Corridor Feasibility in the Capital Region, Medicity, Town Development Schemes through Land Reconstitution, Affordable Plotted Housing to curb illegal colonies.Architect planner with experience in the field of sustainable architecture, using alternate building materials and technologies which are indigenous, low energy consuming. I have worked in close cooperation with Government agencies, NGOs, and International Organisations. Majorly in the field of Housing, Skill development, Property Tax Reforms, Rural development and transaction advisory/bid-process management of urban development projects. The projects have been in states of Chhattisgarh, Tamil Nadu, Gujarat, Madhya Pradesh. In my free time I like to take pictures of nature and explore abstract forms.
