My focus is on addressing real-world issues in the supply chain, including improving forecasting accuracy, resolving inventory challenges, facilitating S & OP transformation, reducing costs, and leveraging AI-driven planning models.At EY, I help teams assess, redesign, and implement supply chain strategies for clients in consumer goods, food processing, and manufacturing. In one project, I helped unlock significant inventory value by introducing a planning method based on entitlements. This method was validated, improved, and applied across locations, leading to measurable gains in service and speed.Before that, I spent a few years at Accenture. There, I worked on developing demand-sensing models, creating inventory simulations, and setting up control towers to improve planning accuracy and on-time delivery.
