Heading HR & Admin Functions for UPE Circle at Altius, one of the leading telecom Infrastructure plateforms in the world. Altius acquired ATC Telecom India business to solidify its telecom tower position in 2024. As a HR Head my core forte is to Grow my People, enable them on the path to success by keeping company\'s interest at large and continuously assimilating the people into the organisation’s culture of being Alive, Inclusive and Respectful. Building Teams and make them ready to navigate through changing environments and all the time keeping myself updated with the Business are some of my key priorities. Playing a significant role in managing the entire human chain by translating business strategies into HR strategies. The role further involves integrating Strategic HR deliverables with business planning, driving for results and fostering engagement towards creating a performance oriented and open culture in the business unit.
