I am a Chartered Accountant with 13+ years of post-qualification experience specializing in accounting advisory, financial reporting, and public company audits, with deep expertise across Technology, Pharma, Media, Consumer, Retail and Manufacturing sectors.Currently, I serve as Director – Accounting & Reporting Consulting at Uniqus Consultech Inc, where I advise companies on complex accounting, financial reporting, and regulatory compliance matters. My work focuses on helping organizations navigate U.S. GAAP technical accounting issues, SEC reporting requirements, financial statement preparation, IPO readiness, and implementation of new accounting standards. I work closely with CFOs, finance leaders, and audit committees to deliver practical, scalable solutions for complex financial reporting challenges.Prior to joining Uniqus, I spent several years with Deloitte USI as a Senior Manager, leading large public company and multinational audit engagements in accordance with PCAOB and AICPA standards. My experience includes overseeing SEC filings, quarterly reviews, internal controls over financial reporting (SOX 404), and technical accounting consultations for listed and fast-growing companies.I have extensive experience leading cross-border engagement teams across the U.S. and India, managing the full audit lifecycle—from planning and risk assessment to financial statement reporting and regulatory filings.
