Presently working with Arcelor Mittal Nippon Steel India Limited integrated steel plant 8.5 MTPA comprises of iron making,steel making and downstream facilities including cold rolling mill, galvanizing, pre-coated facility, steel processing, extra wide plate mill and pipe mill as section head central utilities operation integration.(Certified Energy manager). Looking for down stream projects.Total team size : sixteen including GET and OJT and MANAGER.About 26 years, experience in operation and maintenance (O&M Power and steel industries), Fault finding and rectification, testing and condition monitoring, preventive and breakdown maintenance of electrical equipment (HV and LV).• To ensure smooth functioning of electrical installations through effective and efficient maintenance management of system.• Maximum availability and reliability of electrical system for process operation and control with desired safety of man, machine and environment.(Increase MTBF and reduce MTTR).• Time bound implementation of new modification and projects with key initiatives like resource conservation and safety.• Optimization of departmental inventory, budgetary planning and reduce R&M cost.• Formulation and execution of natural resource conservation and maintenance cost reduction schemes.• Well versed with legal & statutory requirements of HT/LT electrical system with desired protection and safety standards applicable to power plant and steel plant.• Practices modern electrical maintenance techniques for better efficiency of electrical installations.• Development of in-house resources & skills to reduce dependability on OEM.• Time management, People management, Effective communication, Planning and co-ordination, Problem solving and customer satisfaction, Interpersonal skills, Negotiation and grievance handling capacity.• Protective relays and protection scheme for primary and secondary distribution system.• Vendor and spare management of critical equipment.(SAP MM). BOM preparation, material codification,PR creation, quotation from vendor and technical evolution.• Implementation of scheduled preventive and corrective maintenance through SAP (PM).• Short circuit study, relay setting and relay co-ordination of electrical system includes motor, feeder and panels. ETAP knowledge for short circuit and load flow.• Modification of scheme and energy saving as per system requirement.• Ensured safe practice in function and people.• 5S, TQM, IMS, HIRA, FMEA.
