I am selected for the Spring 2026 Real Estate Private Equity Virtual Internship with Project Destined.Through this program, I am gaining hands-on experience in real estate investment analysis, underwriting, financial modeling, and private equity deal evaluation. The internship is deepening my understanding of how institutional investors assess risk, structure capital stacks, evaluate market opportunities, and generate risk-adjusted returns across real assets.As a Financial Technology major at NJIT, this experience strengthens my ability to connect rigorous financial analysis with data-driven decision-making.
