Under the guidance of Dr Yashraj Chavan at IISER Thiruvananthapuram, I have joined the Chavan Lab for Understanding Evolution to learn techniques used in Experimental evolution. I will try to understand the Evolution of Multicellularity in prokaryotes especially Gram positive bacteria over the summer of 2024 by doing some fun and neat selection experiments and collecting some data.
