   There are approximately 2 million people delivering smiles for Amazon worldwide. I lead a team ensures these drivers can perform these functions in a safe manner. Serve as a single-threaded leader and manage Amazon Last Mile’s strategy, broader objectives, and reduction goals and entitlements for incidents reduction over the road worldwide.Highlights of accomplishments in this role include:• Established and expanded Amazon\'s Last Mile Trust and Safety component from the ground up from one team member operating in one country, to multiple stakeholder teams of over 100 FTEs operating in 20+ countries.• Fostered public policy partnerships with city, county, and state leaders proposing legislation while working with interest groups to lobby support for legislative proposals having two bills authored by state legislators.
