I’ve been working as a CIO for over 20 years and loving technology my whole life. Always learning not only technology; business, processes, and cultures from different types of global companies. This gives me the opportunity to develop a strategic vision, business acumen understanding of the business inside-out (different service and industries companies), and build teams from different cultures and views. But the task of a CIO is not only that, I become a technology evangelist improving the collaboration and communication with C-suit executives, department heads, and stakeholders to understand their needs and align IT initiatives with broader organizational goals. Strong communication skills are vital to conveying complex technical concepts in a clear and understandable manner.

   Data Science Associate Professor.Beyond my educational responsibilities, I created and published OptiCore, an open-source C# library for linear optimization available on NuGet.org. It is currently the only free optimization library targeting the latest.NET 9 and.NET 10 frameworks, supporting developers, researchers, and academic institutions worldwide. Through this initiative, I aim to bridge academic research and practical software development, providing accessible optimization tools for both industry and academia.
