Lead transmission interconnection engineering for generation, large customer, and grid reinforcement projects across the ISO‑NE footprint. Provide technical, regulatory, and execution oversight for complex transmission upgrades required for interconnection approvals, ensuring compliance with NERC, NESC, ISO‑NE, and National Grid standards. Evaluate system impacts, define transmission scope, and collaborate cross‑functionally with Planning, DER, TPAM, Operations, Construction, and Regulatory teams to support execution of required upgrades. Support regulatory filings (EFSB, DPU) through development of engineering scopes, cost and schedule estimates, and technical testimony for customer‑ and market‑driven transmission projects.
