My expertise is defined by key contributions across innovation and fleet reliability: 1 - Innovation & Industrialization (Design-for-Manufacturing): I led recent R&T work defining innovative design principles for monolithic fuselage frames and panels, integrating a robust Design-for-Manufacturing approach to ensure cost-effective production and reduce manufacturing defects for future programs. 2 - R&T Leadership (Thermoplastic): I serve as the Project Technical Coordinator for the €7M \"TPTech\" R&T project, focusing on advanced thermoplastic technologies for major fuselage structures. 3 - Expertise in Structural Bonded Repairs (A350 Program)- Monolithic Panels: I served as Design Leader and major contributor for the successful service deployment of structural bonded repairs on A350 monolithic fuselage panels- Sandwich Structures: I also led the cross-functional Working Group focused on the simplification and harmonization of design principles and calculation methods for structural repairs on sandwich panels (wing, tailplane, moveables, belly fairing), accelerating implementation. 4 - Design Approval: As a Key Contributor (Delegated Design Approver), I actively participated in the collective effort to prevent costly design deviations on the Center Fuselage, leading to a €1.7 million cost avoidance. I hold a patent for a modular Nose Fuselage design. Core expertise, developed across numerous R&T projects, includes Structural Design, materials and processes (AFP / Pick & Place, Thermoset Pultrusion, Stamping, Continuous Forming, OoA Consolidation, Over-molding, Thermoplastic Welding.), mechanical testing and characterization from coupon to full scale, and certification support.
