I am Gaser Nagah, a Research Scientist with more than 15 years of experience in analytical chemistry, nanotechnology, toxicology, polymer organic chemistry, and material sciences. With multidisciplinary knowledge, I work on developing detection platform from proposal setup, experimental design, troubleshooting, validation, to contemplating the results. By collaborating with a diverse spectrum of specialists, I develop biosensors, hybrid materials, analytical techniques to serve pharmaceutical, biomedical, agricultural, and engineering applications. I am a keen-sighted team player and forward-thinking researcher expert in nanomaterials, analytical methods, polymer, microfabrication techniques, and toxicology. o I am delighted when I use the strategic mentality in finding a solution to technical problems. This has been proved by developing hybrid materials for automotive and tissue engineering using my knowledge in nanomaterials and polymer synthesis and modification leading to two patents. o My flexibility, dynamic learning abilities, and eagerness to develop ingenious solutions embodied in employing nanomaterials, surface chemistry, microfabrication, polymer synthesis, and analytical chemistry in building portable sensors. o Across several projects of products developing with various budgets capacity, I become an expert in developing chemical and biochemical analytical procedures keeping eyes on cost-effectiveness and commercial awareness. o Robust communication and conflict resolution skills helped me to generate productive collaborations in different areas of basic and applied research, as proved by raising funding of 3 million USD and more than 31 peer-reviewed articles.
