I\'ve spent over 18 years at UKG ecosystem — starting as a support specialist, then as a senior consultant, and now as the founder of my own consulting firm. I understand these systems deeply, from the database level to the executive conversations. But what matters most to me isn\'t the software; it\'s the people behind it. I launched Schoser Talent and Wellness Solutions because I believe you don\'t have to choose between building a strong workforce and a healthy one. I integrate these two areas by implementing UKG Pro and UKG Ready Recruiting and Onboarding for organizations that want to hire smarter and retain longer, while also helping leadership teams create workplaces where people genuinely want to show up. Over the past three years, I have served as both the product implementer and the project manager on every engagement — overseeing the full lifecycle from discovery to go-live. My clients include organizations like Womble Bond Dickinson, TEAM Schostak, the Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts, Pinnacle Fertility, and more. Beyond consulting, I co-host \"Sh!t That Goes On In Our Heads\" — an award-nominated mental health podcast with over 154 episodes that has been shortlisted for Best Mental Health Podcast at the Podcast Awards. We discuss topics nobody talks about openly. And people are listening. I also offer free Beginner AI classes at my local library in rural upstate New York, and I created \"Learning AI with Gretchen\"—a free AI education app designed specifically for seniors and underserved communities. Because the tech revolution shouldn\'t leave anyone behind. Full stop. And yes — I am writing a memoir. Because the journey from corporate executive to mission-driven entrepreneur, through personal crisis and emerging on the other side, is a story worth telling.
