FurLearn was launched during the pandemic to support those who had been furloughed or displaced from work, providing free learning, mentorship, and upskilling opportunities.We created a volunteer-led platform that connected people with expert-led training in areas like career development, digital skills, and self-employment - helping thousands regain confidence and direction during an uncertain time.As founder, I led the vision, built the community from the ground up, and worked with learning providers, volunteers, and partners to deliver lasting impact.The experience reinforced my belief in lean, purpose-driven delivery and directly shaped the creation of Talent Today.
