Founder, Executive Director and President of Lights Camera Cure, a 501(c)(3) non-profit charitable organization. The mission of Lights Camera Cure is to raise funds and awareness for pediatric cancer patient support and research through community based fundraising and service activities. Creator and Executive Producer of the Hollywood Dance Marathon, the organization\'s successful Hollywood charity event to support the fight against pediatric cancer. Over people attended the 5th annual benefit on April 2, 2016 at the historic Avalon Theater. The event featured live bands and musical performers, dance groups, DJ\'s, VIP\'s & Celebrities on the Red Carpet, a silent auction and more. In addition to creating the concept for the benefit, my responsibilities include fundraising, strategic planning, financial management, sales, marketing, PR, talent booking, sponsorships, & committee management. In its first 5 years, the event has raised nearly to help kids with cancer. Provided strategic vision and leadership to the start-up non-profit organization and produce the organization\'s major benefit event, raising nearly in first 4 years. Overall executive responsibility, including: • Providing creative vision and strategic direction• Organizing and managing volunteer committee• Developing and managing relationships with individuals and organizations in the community including sponsors, donors, businesses, and other non-profits• Developing and managing relationships with children\'s healthcare beneficiaries• Coordinating communication with dancers/fundraisers, celebrity talent, entertainment and other participants• Managing sponsorships, fundraising and ticket sales• Negotiating agreements with the venue, service providers, vendors and entertainment• Developing marketing, promotion, PR, and social media
