An experienced software program manager with 30+ years in program management, software development and QA. Working in travel, life sciences, fintech and security software industries I have gained a very broad knowledge of software development practices. My background gives me valuable insights into the challenges each team faces on a project. I have experience working in enterprise and consumer software companies with small, medium, and large engineering teams, including distributed global teams. I have implemented Scrum at several companies and coached the engineering teams to find their optimal velocity while providing senior management with visibility into the teams’ progress. I thrive when managing complex projects from start to finish, unifying the team around a common goal – ensuring that everyone has a voice and getting alignment on the final plan. I am used to working in highly regulated industries, have been involved in many audits, and often acted as the liaison with Legal and Compliance teams to ensure my projects were compliant. People are the most important asset for any company. I truly believe that, and I live it every day. I place trust in people, believe the best in them and have mentored many people over my career. The team is successful together or fails together – I always encourage an environment of working together to resolve problems.
