I have a proven track record of designing, developing and managing projects, managing a dispersed team in a high demand, high stress environment, developing and using partnerships to increase efficiency, participation and engagement, quality/process management and improvement, problem analysis, implementing change and delivering business benefit solutions. I have devised practical solutions and gained commitment for them, in a number of challenging people and project management roles.
