I am extremely excited to have officially launched (August 9, 2021) a new kind of Software-As-A-Service (SaaS) company called AmberdTech, LLC. I founded it on the basic principles of T.A.S.T.E.(Truth, Accountability, Support, Trust and Effort). The company focuses on niche applications for the SMB space and Society at Large that Big Box SaaS companies struggle to embrace. Responsible for building a new Target Operating Model for the Customer Office.Prior to Blue Prism, I was the SVP, Customer Experience and Professional Services at Pearson. Accountable for the successful outcomes and experiences of our customers across all channels. Additionally, I\'m responsible for digital subscription Renewals, Technical Support and Pre-Sales across all product lines. My teams are driving transformation in the Education Industry from print to digital through our Customer Outcome Framework (Vision to VoC).Prior to Pearson I served as the VP, Global Account Management/Customer Success at Cvent, Inc. Responsible/accountable for renewals/upsells and the experience; serving SMB to Enterprise customers across the Event Cloud. I also served as the VP, Customers For Life at Salesforce.com. My teams serviced Enterprise customers focused on driving customer success and transformations in Sales and Customer Support leveraging Sales/Service Clouds.I also served in a key Customer Success management role at CA Technologies, focusing on the customer experience. In the 10 years at CA Technologies I held additional roles as Global BI Practice Leader, Global SAP workstream leader, to North America Alliances Director. Prior to CA Technologies, I spent another 10 years managing various elements of the post sales experience on a global basis at Software AG, Compuware, and SPSS. With 30+ total years of progressive experience in information technology to include 12+ years of military background, I am uniquely qualified to understand the Customer having been on the customer side in various IT roles including CIO and on the Sales/Marketing side in various Sales and post Sales roles.I am currently serving on the Consero Group Customer Experience Advisory Board and on the Board Of Directors - Military Officers Of America Association (MOAA). I am a co-author of a self-published fictional murder mystery called \"Ghost Of Honor\".I have earned a B.S. in Business Administration from The Citadel, The Military College Of South Carolina.
