   FOCUS: As part of the Product Engineering team, provide 24/7 DevOps integrated systems and application support. Facilitate incident, problem, change, and release management for assigned on-prem and Cloud applications for the core publishing pathway. Technical Lead Site Reliability Engineer acts as a liaison to 1st-3rd Level DevOps, Systems and Development teams, and customers for multiple applications within on-prem, cloud, and hybrid platforms. Drive stability in product enhancements, growth, leading to an excellent customer experience. Act as the Application Service Management Lead for multiple on-prem and Cloud applications. Proactively monitor, analyze, identify, and resolve infrastructure and application issues. Perform root cause analysis and problem management to ensure stability and performance. Lead, monitor, mitigate/resolve high impacting incidents. Represent high impacting issues with the Global Service Forum. Manage projects by working with system architects, infrastructure architects, development, and the business to analyze and identify application and system requirements. Work with Governance Teams to ensure compliance with security and regulatory requirements are met. CAPACITY PLANNING/MANAGEMENT- Discover application profiles to configure BigIP, MQ, NAS, Tomcat, and Databases - Plan and manage technical projects (server, database, MQ, storage)- Track and maintain related Systems Management CI records SUPPORT - Provide support of on-prem Unix, Windows, Middleware, and Oracle systems and applications- Provide support of AWS infrastructure application/hardware for multiple Cloud applications - Work with various AWS applications including IAM, ECS, EC2, Route53, S3, Dynamo DB, Cloud Watch, Cloud Formation, Lamda, and AWS Code Deploy - Create DataDog monitors and system/application dashboards - Write technical documents (Runbooks and Work Instructions)- Perform Release Management, deployments, and security patching
