As a Practice Implementation Specialist at Straumann Group, I manage multi-state territories and lead training seminars for orthodontic practices, enhancing their performance and satisfaction with our products and services. I have a Doctor of Medicine degree from Universidad de Carabobo and a Master\'s degree in Hospital Management and Public Health from Universidad José Antonio Páez, giving me a solid foundation in the healthcare field and a keen understanding of the needs and challenges of our customers.I have over six years of experience in medical device sales and training, having worked as a Territory Sales Manager and a Medical Device Specialist for Straumann Group and MaxFi, respectively. I have consistently exceeded my sales quota, onboarded new customers, and organized successful events, resulting in increased revenue and customer loyalty. I have also earned multiple awards and certifications, including the Circle of Excellence Club, the ClearCorrect NCA Award, and the Six Sigma Yellow Belt. I am passionate about delivering value and quality to our customers and partners, and I am always eager to learn new skills and technologies to improve our outcomes.
