Gary Graves is a tactical futurist, a digital frontiersman with dirt on his boots and code in his veins. One foot’s in the Ozarks, grading a private road with a Mahindra tractor; the other’s in the cloud, architecting a next-gen SaaS platform for the automotive world he already conquered once. He hunts bobcats by moonlight, debates AI architecture by daylight, and builds memoirs, motorcoaches, and mesh networks in between.

   Since its establishment in 1996, the Information Technology Senior Management Forum (ITSMF) has been devoted to enhancing the representation of Black professionals at senior levels in the technology sector, aiming to influence organizational innovation and growth. Our mission involves the cultivation of dynamic leaders by enriching their minds, bodies, and souls. In its early stages, only 3% of senior-level positions in the technology industry were occupied by Black professionals. With an anticipated half million new computer-related jobs by 2028, ITSMF is steadfast in its commitment to augmenting the pool of qualified Black professionals for these roles.
