My experience managing and engaging team members (including unionised members), has allowed our business partners to reach their goals, including- Growth of our Retail network with the acquisition and continued growth of Mobile Klinik, including franchises- Integrating acquisitions to drive efficiencies and synergies across the organisation- Optimising our Retail footprint by supporting investments in new locations and closures as required- Supporting ongoing FP & A and Reporting requirements so stakeholders have the appropriate information to make key decisions- Decision support analysis to drive EBITDA impacting improvements- Accounting policy assessment and implementation of IFRS15 into SAPI have found success by building relationships with stakeholders as a Business Partner first and a Controller second. I tackle problems by taking a collaborative approach and leveraging my varied experience and the strengths of my team to reach our goals.
