Working onshore and offshore in this role, I carry out and supervise the routine inspection, integritytesting, maintenance and repair of surface wellheads, xmas trees, actuators and sub-surface safetyvalves. I have experience working on numerous equipment manufacturers including Vetco, FMC,Cameron, McEvoy, WKM, Dril-Quip, Baker, Otis, AVA and Axelson. My duties and certifications coverthe following;Xmas tree installation/replacement, integrity testing, maintenance, on-site repair and refurbishment.• Production & ESDV installation/replacement, integrity testing, maintenance, repair and refurbishment.• Hydraulic and pneumatic actuator installation/replacement, on-site repair and refurbishment.• Wellhead tubing/casing hanger and pack-off/seal assembly, integrity testing and seal re-energising.• integrity/inflow testing, control line inflow/pressure testing and control line block pressuretesting.• Annulus valve an VR plug installation/replacement.• Tubing and Annulus echo metering to determine fluid levels.• Annulus top-up and testing.• Acoustic leak detection.• Valve isolation requirements.• Flange bolting/ring gasket/SBMS replacement.• Hydrostatic pressure testing to API/ANSI standards.• High pressure instrument fittings (small bore).• Well intervention and plug and abandonment campaign support.• Wellhead/Completion removal.• Repair, refurbishment and calibration of service equipment.• Supervising daily onshore/offshore operations.• Daily operational reporting and recording of test results.• Permit Vision/ISSOW performing authority.
