   Gary is a professional speaker and business consultant specializing in strategy execution. He works with senior executives around the whole concept of execution and execution management. He has helped create a brilliant methodology that is part process, part software and part roadmap (The KeyneLink Process). He enables organizations to lead and manage execution down to an individual level. Because no matter how you slice it, execution happens at an individual level!Gary is a nationally recognized speaker on the subjects of leadership, communication and organizational execution. He is a dynamic and entertaining presenter who began speaking professionally in 1975 when he was pioneering US Surgical Stapling instruments to surgeons, residents and operating room personnel. Since then he has presented to hundreds of audiences ranging in size from 5 to 29 years Gary has been a regular lecturer at NC State University as well as other Universities and Colleges throughout the United States. His richest source of learning has always come from sharing what he’s learned with student audiences. A few of his favorite presentations include: “Art of Telling – Communicating Your Way to the Top;\" “Discovering Execution – The Key to High Performance Organizations,\" and \"Art of Invitation - Building Your Authority Status.\"
