I am the only person who conferred a Bachelor of Science in my advanced science degree program at Texas Wesleyan University. I have a proven ability to learn that can be shown during my early career when I started seeing micro digital devices blossoming, I took 41 additional credit hours in Electronics to learn how to work with the newly created digital world that was evolving. In my career, I have taken 1405 hours of classroom training in IT, which included Top Gun Training in Lotus Notes. When I worked for NASA, I achieved a 100% on-time delivery rating that included equipment designed and constructed for the International Space Station. When given the challenge to spearhead a new E-Commerce website, it won in the “Best in Class” award by Computer World Magazine all within the first year of the website being online and resulted in 1 Billion dollars of increased profits. I have a proven ability to select candidates, interview for hire, and facilitate a Lotus Notes / Domino group for a Fortune 500 Company. This group reduced customer dissatisfaction by 50% and increased website response by 20-fold by correcting systems errors resulting in increased uptime and fewer problems. In the current technological environment with my background in Hardware, Data Center, Web Design, I observed many companies moving to the cloud to reduce capital costs. As a result, I expanded my understanding and knowledge by training as an AWS Cloud Solutions Architect to meet the evolving IT solutions environment.
