In working with executives to accelerate their business transformation, they are placing big bets to transform: employee experience, customer experience, to optimize operations and expand their business. The emergence of new technologies and digital processes (Cloud, Big Data, IoT, Managed Services) are rewriting the rules of every business, not as a phase, but as the new business reality. However, isolated innovation doesn’t equal business transformation. Too often I see: Silo’d, IT-led projects…legacy network and IT practices…analog and manual processes…funding approaches based on a traditional Buy/Build/Run model.reactive security posture. Business transformation isn’t a new thing for TELUS. We’ve been on the journey and established an Office of Transformation to share what we learned with our customers. We enable transformation by integrating IT, network & mobility in a secure manner for today’s digital world.
