One of Canada\'s Big Five banks, it is the third largest Canadian bank by deposits and market capitalization, and operates in 30 countries. • Drafting, reviewing, negotiating and closing contracts for technology, products and services, and other third party arrangements in support of the Procurement/Sourcing Team, Business Units and Corporate Functions. • Providing counsel on the risks arising from the engagement of third party providers of technology products and services, and other third party arrangements, in accordance with regulatory requirements and the Third Party Risk Management program. • Negotiating \"high\" risk business arrangements in collaboration with the Business Unit, Procurement/Sourcing, risk stakeholders, and the Third Party Risk Management function. • Providing Senior Management with strategic and tactical advice on high impact technology, commercial, privacy, confidentiality, data security and intellectual property matters. • Supporting and providing counsel to the Contract Management Group\'s contract managers negotiating \"low\" risk business arrangements. • Working collaboratively to build and maintain superior relationships with Third Party Risk Management, the Procurement/Sourcing Team, Business Units, Corporate Functions, and other members of the Legal Department. • Coordinating cross-border legal advice through excellent working relationships with in-house counterparts in the 30 countries where the Bank operates.
