I am a partner and president of CWS, an investment management firm focusing on the operation, management, and development of a $7 billion+ apartment portfolio. I focus on optimizing our financing decisions, capitalizing our investments, and ensuring we continue to grow and prosper for another 55 years.As president, I focus on owning, operating, and developing apartment communities, my two partners and I are very focused on creating wealth over long periods without taking excessive risk. We strongly believe that compelling investment ideas and opportunities are few and far between. As such, it is better to stick with winners for long periods than quickly turn a profit to enhance the firm’s track record and short-term profitability. CWS is built for the long term and attracts investors who seek to store some of their wealth in real estate investments that offer the potential for growing dividends, solid appreciation, and tax benefits.
