About Gary M. Broidis

In 1991, after (2) years of working on Wall Street with Oppenheimer & Co. as a corporate financial analyst, Gary began his commercial real estate career and was directly responsible for the leasing, management and redevelopment of over square feet of retail properties located in NY, PA, MA, OH, VA and TN. In 1995, Gary co-founded Net Properties Corp, one of the first Real Estate Internet firms that was later sold in 1997 to a major advertising firm in New York City. After moving his family to South Florida in June, 1997, Gary joined the Lefmark Group and was directly involved with the redevelopment of over (20) major retail projects in South Florida including Kendall Mall, Northridge Shopping Center, Palm-Aire Marketplace, Plaza at Delray, Lake Park Plaza, Hollywood Kmart and numerous others. Additionally, Gary redeveloped numerous Kmart stores by re-tenanting them with various national and regional anchor tenants. After leaving Lefmark in Gary was directly involved with the leasing and redevelopment of over square feet of retail properties including Boynton Commons, Royal Oaks Shopping Center and Coral Palm Plaza. Gary formed Atlantic Commercial Group, Inc. in and is currently based in Delray Beach, FL where he continues to be extremely active in the brokerage (leasing and sales) of retail, office, medical, industrial and multifamily properties, tenant representation and investment sales of major properties in the South Florida market. Additional activities include exclusive tenant representation for national and regional retailers and office tenants. Gary has been involved in all aspects of land acquisition, development and dispositions and Atlantic Commercial Group was responsible from 20••••15 for the acquisitions and assemblage of 65 land parcels for Walmart Stores and dispositions of Walmart\'s outparcels in the South Florida market area from Miami-Dade up to St. Lucie Counties. Gary holds a B.S. in Business Economics from the State University of NY at Oneonta and an MBA (Finance) from the State University of New York at Binghamton and resides in Boca Raton. Gary is also a nationally recognized expert witness with regard to all facets of the commercial real estate industry and has been used by many local and regional law firms to assist with their litigation matters. Gary has worked with dozens of law firms on various commercial real estate litigation matters and is available for a free consultation at any time.
