ABOUT GARY-W BOETTCHER

I\'ve recently become trained in Appreciative Inquiry Coaching and Facilitation: Focused on Positive Psychology. I\'m a curious learner, active-listener, facilitative leader, co-creative helper, and professor. I hold a Ph.D. in Management, emphasizing strategic management and the reconstructing of dysfunctional organizational culture and processes. A former Marine, I teach organizational behavior, leadership, and management principles at the University of North Carolina Wilmington Cameron School of Business. I focus on many Human Resource topics and have a great deal of experience with workplace conflict, grievances, group and team building, and focus on cognitive and behavioral styles. Engaging the workforce is key to productivity, profitability, and growth. I became a certified coach and facilitator because my strengths lie in helping people find and co-create solutions. Naturally curious, I often question the questions. This causes people to dig deeper, uncovering the real issue. I’m a logician, analyzing patterns and searching for links to build logical processes that are collaborative, resulting in the co-creation of durable solutions over time by people with diverse backgrounds of perspectives. As a former Vistage peer advisory group Chair, I was able to help CEOs, business owners, and executives become better leaders and managers, solve problems with more confidence, get their heads up to develop strategic plans, and ultimately make better decisions that optimize and accelerate business growth. The motto of my group is “All for one and one for all” because we work together as a team, and we “leave no one behind.” We support you every step of the way as you navigate the challenges of running your business. Intelligent conversations and group discussions lead to incredible results through focused and participative facilitation that collaboratively solves your challenges, both personally and professionally. People engagement is key to lasting success. I am no longer working with Vistage as an Executive Chair. Instead, I\'m focusing on helping individuals and organizations spring forth to become the next generation of managers & leaders using Appreciative Inquiry and Positive Psychology designs. If you need a sounding board, coach, counsel, or expertise in conflict management (workplace or personal) I can help you find satisfying and durable solutions to ensure a better future. Reach out to Dr. G at M••••••••@me.com and I\'d be happy to help. Semper Fi!
