I work at the intersection of electrical reliability, connectivity, and data-driven service delivery, helping ensure power is available where it matters most.For over 15 years, I’ve worked for a global specialist in energy management, delivering remote connectivity and analytics services via Managed Software as a Service (MSaaS) across multiple electrical and building technologies. My focus has been on enabling resilient, secure, and scalable systems that support critical operations — translating complex machine and electrical data into insight that improves availability, performance, and decision-making.I’m particularly engaged by the technical layer that sits between field equipment and analytics platforms: remote access, system configuration, data integrity, monitoring, and continuous optimisation. I enjoy working with data in all its forms — whether that’s machine telemetry, CRM platforms like Salesforce, or a deep Excel analysis session to uncover trends, inefficiencies, or opportunities for improvement.Alongside the technical work, I bring a strong foundation in process design, operational optimisation, and cross-functional collaboration, developed through earlier roles in the transportation sector and in fast-paced, target-driven retail environments. These experiences shaped my ability to work effectively across countries, cultures, and disciplines.I’m passionate about productivity, sustainable performance, and mental well-being, believing that resilient systems are built by resilient people.
