Dedicated to living life with awe and enthusiasm, one day at a time - and writing about it! My book,\"The Peace and Power of a Positive Perspective\", imparts humorous quips, inspiring quotes, and entertaining stories that helps regain our sense of peace and refocus our attention to the positive surrounding us all. Facing our daily challenges can be difficult. That reality led to the creation of my slogan:\"When life gets tough we could get a helmet… or… we could leverage the peace and share the power of a positive perspective.\" Throughout my career, I have witnessed amazing feats and extraordinary achievements accomplished by industry titans as well as ordinary people; just like me. I learned the tools, tactics, and techniques of B2B selling at the feet of the \"best-of-the-best\". Thank you to all the peers, managers, coaches, and clients who enriched my life and continue to do so. I\'m a Chicago native and earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Knox College (a small, liberal arts school in rural Galesburg, Illinois). Yes, that makes me a graduate of the school of “Hard Knox”. I\'m married to my high school sweetheart, Debbie. We live with horses in Aurora, Colorado.

Having more than 4 decades of experience working with literally thousands of clients, my client-centric sales approach survived the tremendous changes seen in the information technology industry spanning centralized-mainframe-terminal systems; through the mini-computer boon; which morphed into the client/server and PC-centric era; onto The Internet/Cloud Computing; and now into the mobile-social-virtual-AI world. Throughout my business and personal endeavors, I have maintained a positive perspective and an appropriate sense of humor no matter what bumps in the road have occurred. In addition to my writing, I am a collector of quotes and short stories to support my philosophy contained in my book, The Peace & Power of a Positive Perspective.
