A results-driven, highly skilled, and experienced Project Contracts Manager, with over a 35-year proven track record in supporting the execution of complex multidisciplinary engineering/construction projects involving key Engineering, Procurement, Construction, and Management (EPC/M) contracts including, most recently, a transition, over the last decade, to various offshore windfarm developments/projects for both contractors & clients. Possessing excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to elicit cooperation from a wide variety of sources, including Executive Management, clients, lenders, lenders technical and legal advisors, vendors, and project teams culminating in the successful completion of strategic corporate objectives, combining business and transformation leadership abilities alongside significant technical competence in Project Procurement (DEVEX & CAPEX phases), Claims and Change Management, Cost Control, Estimating and Scheduling, Contracting, Project Accounting, Compliance and Risk Management.• Procurement - Market sounding, EoI, Contractor pre-qualification, RFP Development• Development of Contract documents, ER’s, Schedules, data packages, CBRA, etc• EPCIA tender phase negotiations for cables supply and T&I (Consortium), HoT’s & CoC’s and Contract Schedules finalisation• Negotiation and award of Selected Supplier Agreement (SSA)• Negotiation and award of Early Works Agreement (EWA)• EPCIA (FIDIC) post SSA negotiations• DEVEX & CAPEX budget management• Across package work streams support including Finance, Legal, LTA, LLA, Insurance• Risk Management – Allocation of pre & post mitigated risks and opportunities. • Package Interfaces • Functional support to ensure FID & FC• Successful Contract/s award, formalisation of CP’s, LNTP, NTP, securities, legal opinions, notices of assignment etc• Post award contract administration, verification of payment applications/achievement of Key Milestones, Transfer of Title Certificates, Key Subcontractor CWA’s, raw material indexations, reasonable endeavour calculations, etc• Claims defence & prosecution (EoT’s, causation, entitlement, delay & disruption - productivity impact, acceleration, scope change and event-based claims, time and quantum valuations etc)• Change management, valuation of variations incl. value engineering• Close liaison with Package PM, DPM, Engineering, Interface, Risk, Consents & Regulatory, Finance Management, and other support work streams.
