My role at Fidum is as Senior Property Manager with day-to-day responsibility of various industrial, office and retail parks and also includes individual mainly commercial properties throughout the England and Wales.The Fidum team comprises of experienced Chartered Surveyors, Facilities Managers, Commercial Property Management Accountants and support staff who have a managed portfolio which extends to all parts of England and into Wales and Scotland. Based in Cobham, Surrey, we manage an extensive portfolio of loyal clients and commercial properties.At Fidum we offer a complete range of services including rent collection, service charge management, asset management services, project management, pre-acquisition due diligence, development advice and property management accounting, as well as banking services.
