Key Accomplishments: Established a new major growth business for BG in Asia Pacific by delivering a world first $25 billion coal seam gas to LNG project from business development to project sanction. Increasing net production from Tullow’s West African production businesses from to 88,200 bopd. Successful multiyear delivery exceeding targets of an annual $1 billion PBIT production business comprised of mature assets while undertaking major upgrades and asset integrity projects to facilities. Leading the commercial and legal team negotiating the sale of equity in the NWS LNG Project to CNOOC ($350 million deal). Led major environmental and social performance impact assessments and pursued sustainability improvements in diverse geographies. Undertaken significant organisational change delivering $400 million pa G&A savings, built strong leadership teams and driven performance improvement initiatives.
