Ensures Enrollment Specialist are compliant with Federal and City laws as well as agency rules, regulations and guidelines. Maintain administrative controls to achieve productivity standards, analyze application records to ensure accuracy and efficiency. Provide regular reports on productivity to Director and Assistant Deputy Commissioner of Fair Fares. Ensure Enrollment Specialists weekly time sheets are complete and submitted properly. Conduct and document the supervision of all direct reports. Coordinates training and other technical assistance for Enrollment Specialists. Assure that specific levels of quality and progress of Enrollment Specialists are met through analysis of various computer-generated reports and observations. Carry out any special projects and tasks on an as needed basis.
