Steady leader with a solid and traditional vision. I am a proactive problem solver. My professional experience has been in telecommunication leadership as well as retail leadership roles. I think my greatest attribute to have gained is to simply remain calm under pressure. I firmly believe what has made me a great team leader, has been my charm off taking the time to get to know the individuals on my team. I feel it is important that everyone knows exactly how critical they are to the mission. I think we all forget as we get in a hurry from the day to day hustle and grind to remember to convey the mission. I find it important now to take the time (slow down) and get it right! My achievements and skill that I have acquired are my ability to actively listening being sincerely empathetic along with making my customers feel like they can go somewhere where everyone knows there name. I am also skilled in things like data analytics, loss prevention and risk management.
