ABOUT GARY SANDY
Career: Gary served as Project Manager for the Office of the Chancellor at UC Davis, where he coordinated projects associated with strategic initiatives for the campus. Education: Gary attended Sonoma State University, where he graduated \"With Distinction\". He holds a master\'s degree from the University of San Francisco and is a graduate of the UC Davis Executive Program. Gary was also awarded a Coro Foundation Fellowship in Public Affairs. Achievements: Gary coordinated California\'s first statewide conference on Town-Gown relations. He was also a partner in the creation of an innovative community outreach program, recognized with a gold award from the Council for the Advancement and Support of Education (CASE). In 2010, Gary was presented with an \"Aguila Award\" by the Yolo County Latino Community Council for leadership in promoting diversity and inclusiveness in the local community. Specialties: Strategic planning, writing, group facilitation, organizational development, public speaking, policy analysis, community and government relations.
