Digital Pioneer & Innovator Under my direction, Cumberland was at the very forefront of tech-driven change and innovation, becoming the first UK building society to implement internet banking, a mobile banking app and mobile payments. I remain up to date with all the latest technology advancements, with particular focus on their potential to add value to a business with minimal exposure to risk.
