Day to Day Summary Analysing tender information for M&E bid write up’s and highlighting any key issue’s regards to the services for the project in question. Helping procure eligible subcontractors with the estimating and surveying teams. Reviewing subcontractor tender offers for specification compliance and leading their interview process with the quantity surveyor. Writing M&E general strategic programmes for installation and commissioning using Asta and project commander. Leading weekly M&E design coordination work shop’s and issuing meeting minutes for review, action and records. Reviewing contractor’s proposals for compliance against specifications before submitting to client team for review and status. Sign offs such as void closures for 1st & 2nd fix M&E installations, snagging and building control liaison through to a practical completion certificate being issued. Project commissioning, witness testing and client training. O&M review and comment before the consultant’s review, comment and sign off. Site Sustainability management (Breeam – Site Sustainability Champion) When I am not working I enjoy most of my time with my young family. I also enjoy music production, DJing, going to the gym playing golf and catching up with friends.
