Functional head of Engineering & Quality for the Neptun Deep project in the Black Sea Romania. Project scope includes Subsea Production System (SPS), a new-build Shallow Water Platform (SWP), 160km Gas Production Pipeline (GPP) and Natural Gas Metering Station (NGMS).Responsible for all aspects of engineering and quality on the development across multiple delivery lines, providing assurance of the engineering deliverables and scopes on behalf of company.Oversight of a team of engineers providing Central Engineering support to the delivery lines on matters including Flow Assurance, Materials etc.Member of the Project Leadership Team (PLT) reporting directly to the Project Director and engaging at a senior level with EPC contractors on engineering and quality mattersResponsible for all Permitting on the project and engagement with relevant authorities to ensure that key environmental, safety and construction approvals are obtained as per schedule requirementsResponsible for all Environmental and Technical Safety matters on the project including delivery of the Environmental & Social Impact Assessment (ESIA) and Major Hazard Report.Additional responsibility for Commissioning and Start-up, defining execution strategy for the yard phase and post-turnover from the EPC contractor
