As a Senior Account Manager, Gary was previously responsible for satellite office service operations in the state of Kentucky and southern Indiana. He also assists with the management of the Total Maintenance contract covering all of the community colleges located throughout the state of Kentucky. He is the architect of our electronic service order system, and continues to direct and oversee the further development of Service Edge. Gary also assists the Service Department’s Executive Vice President with day-to-day operations.Gary received an associate of science degree in air conditioning technology from Cincinnati State College. He also holds an HVAC license from the state of Ohio and a Universal EPA Refrigerant certification. With field experience beginning in 1975 with installation and service of HVAC systems, Gary has participated in numerous management training courses and technical programs. He joined DeBra-Kuempel as an Account Manager in 1996. He previously served as a management trustee for the SUB fund for Cincinnati’s Local 392 Union.
